TELEMATIC DIFFUSION OF CREATIVE WORKS

APursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 1, of the Italian Law Decree of 22 March 2004 No. 72, as amended by the conversion law of 21 May 2004 No. 128, Pesci Combattenti hereby declares that the creatives works reproduced and/or displayed on this Site have fulfilled the obligations arising from the legislation on copyright and related rights. Reproduction, communication to the public, disclosure to the public, renting and lending, public performance and distribution without the authorization of the rights holder is hereby expressly prohibited. In case of failure to comply with the above, penalties provided for in by Articles 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of law No. 633/1941 will be applied.

SENDING OF MATERIALS VIA E-MAIL – EXCLUSION

Pesci Combattenti is not entitled to accept, view and/or take into consideration any and all creative materials (including without limitation concepts, screenplays, formats, texts, graphics, music, audio and/or video materials, etc.) that will be sent to Pesci Combattenti and/or to its employees and/or collaborators, unless such materials have not been expressly requested by Pesci Combattenti. Therefore, should any unrequested material be sent to Pesci Combattenti, such material will be automatically deleted and will not be examined in any way by the Pesci Combattenti. The user acknowledges and agrees not to make any claims against Pesci Combattenti for any potential reason or title in connection therewith.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No liability is taken in relation both to the content of this Site and to the use that third parties may make in relation thereto, as well as for any contamination deriving from access, interconnection, and/or from the downloading of any material from the Site.
